Some of our clients are looking for advice on how they can obtain maximum revenue from the sale of land or redundant/under-utilised property and do not wish to have an ongoing involvement with the project. In these circumstances, we advise on the development potential and likely income that can be realised. This is often carried out in association with an architect. We also provide advice in relation to alternative disposal methods.

In other circumstances, our client may wish to develop the property themselves and we are able to offer advice on how this may be achieved. We have well established project management services and can comfortably assist non-technical clients through the design and construction process to achieve a successful sale of the completed development.

We have a growing number of developer clients, who are looking for development opportunities. As such, having discussed their requirements, we can identify and appraise potential sites on their behalf and assist them to obtain planning and funding as required, acting as part of the team in negotiations with funders and planners as required. We can also advise on purchase price and the terms associated with the acquisition.
