Our approach removes the need to employ a traditional main contractor and replaces it with a trusted organisation, working alongside you in a professional capacity. We are effectively the main contractor but we don’t operate in a traditional way. We manage risk, time, cost and quality, providing the strong leadership required to motivate teams.
Rogerson Parry start by understanding our client’s requirements, their goals and aspirations. We offer advice on how this can be achieved, based on practical experience and entrepreneurial thinking. Drawing on the expertise of our technical team we consider how we are going to build the project and develop a methodology. Our risk and construction management processes help eliminate uncertainty and manage the project to a predictable conclusion.
We adopt the most efficient and cost effective way of delivering the project, providing transparent systems from the outset. Cost management is central to our processes. We adopt an open book approach, sharing cost information with our Client. We work to provide value for money. We look to solve any problems and drive the project forward to complete within time, cost and budget parameters.
We select the best supplier partners and teams to join the project construction team. That means bringing together the right mix of skills and expertise at the right time. We manage the formal appointment and mobilisation of that supplier. In our experience, a one-team ethos has a positive impact on safety, morale and the quality of work. That means better communications, rapid response times and maximum value to project teams.
We offer a truly collaborative approach in which all team members and stakeholders work together in a positive way. This minimises confrontational behaviours and removes adversarial negative aspects of construction which makes the process an interesting and fulfilling one.
