Contract Administration

The Contract Administrator plays a key part in the successful delivery of a construction project, ensuring that both our client and their contractor meet their contractual obligations. Contract Administration requires good organisational skills and a methodical approach to record keeping. The role commences at the tender stage and continues through construction to completion and rectification of defects.

Contract Administration

The Contract Administrator is responsible for supervising construction work. This includes approving the quality of materials and workmanship and issuing instructions to the Contractor as work progresses. We chair meetings and provide regular progress reports. We have good contract knowledge and can address potential disputes before they become problem issues. We also value the work in progress and establish completion criteria prior to handover.
