Rogerson Parry are able to provide indicative project costs from the very earliest stage when decisions are being made about the budget. This includes the preparation of development appraisals for development projects which evaluate project profitability, taking account of total project costs and likely sales or rental income.
We work with architects and designers to provide financial confidence during the design stage, evaluating different construction choices and ensuring that the design can be constructed within the agreed budget. We can apply value engineering techniques if the costs are in excess of budget.
Once construction work commences, we work with other team members, valuing the work in progress, assessing any variations and contractual issues before completion. We address any contentious issues and agree the final account with the contractor. Our services offer good value for money and will generally save more than the fees paid.
