On many occasions, Rogerson Parry will act in a lead project role, whether as Development Consultant, Project Manager or Contract Administrator. In these roles, we act as coordinator, often providing the commercial link between Client, Funder, Consultant and Contractor.

In these situations, in addition to providing cost and contract advice, we provide guidance to our Clients advising on other consultants that are required in connection with the project design. We prepare consultant's briefs and work with the consultants, providing overall management of the design process and obtaining copies of insurance and warranty documents that are required.

We also prepare control information which includes the master programme and cash flow forecasts. The master programme shows the major activities from project inception to completion. We use our experience combined with client requirements to advise on a realistic timescale in which to realise the project.

Rogerson Parry can provide the most benefit to a client when they are employed at the outset, before a decision about procurement has been made. We can then advise you in all commercial and contractual matters from the pre-construction stage to completion and handover.
