We advise on other consultants that are required in connection with the project design. We prepare consultants briefs and provide overall management of the design process, obtaining copies of insurance and warranty documents that are required. We also prepare control information which includes the master programme and cash flow forecast.
Working with design and construction teams, Rogerson Parry ensure that the project is built in accordance with the agreed specification and budget cost and with the agreed programme period. Our services continue through to the handover of the building and the occupation stage, where we ensure that all documentation is in place.
