Commercial Management plays a vital role in the success of any construction project. It is an increasingly complex process which concentrates on the contractual and financial aspects of a construction project. We work with other team members to ensure that the project is delivered on time and within budget.

As Commercial Managers, Rogerson Parry review documentation and assist decision making in relation to project costs, managing change and providing feedback on performance. We employ tried and tested risk management systems and aside from our core cost management skills, have a good working knowledge of the standard form construction contracts.
We manage the supply chain which comprises subcontractors and suppliers. This includes obtaining tenders for the supply of goods or services and managing the relationship. We provide a professional approach to Commercial Management, in our dealings with subcontractors and suppliers.
During construction, we prepare payment applications and report on the forecast cost to completion, making monthly comparisons of the actual cost incurred with budgeted cost. Our intention is to avoid surprises, producing credible budgets and programmes and forecasting and controlling costs.
