Project Management

Our all-round experience and knowledge of both the property and construction industries, combined with our expertise in construction and planning law, places us in an ideal position to undertake the role of project manager.

Project Management

At all stages in the project, we act as team leader and represent the Employer's interests. We provide procurement advise and make recommendations about the selection of design team members.

Working with design and construction teams, Rogerson Parry ensure that the project is built in accordance with the agreed specification and budget cost and within the agreed programme period. Our services continue through to the handover of the building and the occupation stage, where we ensure that all documentation is in place.

This role can be especially beneficial to busy employers and to employers who are geographically remote from the project. Our involvement enables a single point of contact for our clients, who may choose to be involved as much or as little as they prefer.

Project leadership is an essential requirement for a successful project. It is important to form a team that can work together; project success is as much about people as it is about technical skills. We understand the importance of both hard and soft skills and we practice both in our role as project leader.
